Role Overview

Support Birthday Connections' digital infrastructure by maintaining our Wix website and optimizing our Airtable database. Your tech skills keep our online presence current and help us manage data efficiently—so we can celebrate more Kansas City families.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update our Airtable database (volunteer records, partner agencies information and more.)

  • Assist with data entry, reports, and spreadsheet organization.

  • Format documents and presentations for professional polish.

  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance user experience for families, partners, and donors.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency with Wix platform (website building, editing, and maintenance).

  • Working knowledge of Airtable or similar database management systems.
