If you already receive services from one of our partner agencies, just ask them to refer you.

If your agency isn't one of our partners, ask your case worker or social worker to reach out to us at info@birthdayconnections.org, and we'll take it from there.
If you have a shopping code from your agency, this is where the magic begins in celebrating your child or teen's birthday!
You'll choose a birthday card, a book, and a sweet treat, and can add their name if you'd like. Then scroll through our gift list to pick out gifts you know they'll love! Party supplies and unwrapped gifts will be included in your Birthday Package. You'll typically receive everything the day before your child's birthday, though exceptions apply. Please check with your agency for the exact delivery date.
