Kansas City families facing barriers in celebrating their kids’ birthdays are empowered to shop with dignity, and at no cost, in the Birthday Market. The Birthday Market is Birthday Connections' proprietary online shopping platform that was conceived and built to provide a more dignified way for families in need to receive gifts.
With their kids’ preferences in mind, parents and caregivers choose gifts, sweet treats, birthday cards, and books. Birthday Connections partners with over 14 social service agencies in Kansas City to identify the families we serve.
